The 1970 was the beginning of a revolution for black people in America. The style and fashion was so dope and freedom was the cry on the lips of most. Natural hair was the thing. The Afro. High platform shoes, the higher the better. The music told a story that is so current even to this day. Today we say Black girl rock or Black girl magic, which is that same sexiness and glamour we saw in human beings fighting for black Power.
