Light is a natural phenomenon that radiates through every crevice. When travelling at the speed of light, time slows down. Light comes in different colours and reflects itself. We know that light bounces off the lens and reaches our eyes to help us see things in black and white. But what exactly is light?
These three black-and-white images demonstrate how light bounces and reflects with just a simple whiteboard placed between the subject and the camera. I used reflective lights to showcase the rich tonal qualities and the softness of each image. The black shadows sometimes appear hard, but the whites have incredible details that balance the overall color of the image in black and white.
The feminine subject in the image invites you to be a part of her world.
